HOOD, Bruce

Peacefully on Friday January 5, 2018 at Hospice Wellington, Guelph.  Husband of Daphne and survived by his children; Randy (Ana), Kevin (Cecilia) and Marilyn and by Daphne’s children, Grant, Kevin (Michelle) and Jennifer (Derek).  Bruce is grandfather to his grandchildren, Alexander, Connor, Caroline and Natalie as well as Daphne’s grandchildren, Aiden, Kaiya, Paulina, Raquel, Clark, Emily and Jack.  He is also sadly missed by his brother Murray (Joan), sister Marina Fougere, dear friends Mike and Diana Leach and family as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and colleagues.  The family will receive  visitors at the ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION BRANCH 442, 12 Dundas Street E., Erin, Ontario on Friday January 12, 2018 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. in celebration of his life; and again on Saturday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at J. SCOTT EARLY FUNERAL HOME, 21 James St., Milton (905) 878-2669.

At Bruce’s request, there will be a private funeral service, celebration of life and interment on Sunday.
