Executive Committee Nominations

This form is for members of the Lorne Scots Regimental Association to submit nominations for the 2023-2025 Executive Committee elections held at this year’s Hybrid (In-Person & Virtual) Annual General Meeting (AGM) – Sunday, 07 May 23 at the Brampton Armoury.

Any member in good standing is invited to nominate anyone, including themselves, for any position. Multiple nominations, re-nomination to retain the current Executive, or no nomination at all may be made. To submit more than one nomination, refresh the page after clicking the “submit” button.

Nominations are open until Sun, 23 Apr 2023 [Extended until Friday, 28 Apr 23]. Nominees will be contacted to accept or decline the nomination and a list of all nominees standing for a position will be electronically mailed to all members/posted in public view one week prior to the AGM.

Voting will proceed during the AGM by anonymous poll. Anyone who has served in or with the Regiment, Cadet Corps or Allied Regiment is eligible to vote as a member of the Association. Invitations to the AGM, including a virtual meeting link, will be sent via email.

The positions for election are:

President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Membership Chair, Media Chair, Social Chair, Museum Liaison, Cadet Liaison, and Community Liaison.
