Executive Committee Nominations

This form is for members of the Lorne Scots Regimental Association to submit nominations for the 2025-2027 Executive Committee elections held at this year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) - Sun, 27 Apr 25.


Any member in good standing is invited to nominate anyone, including themselves, for any position. Multiple nominations, re-nomination to retain the current Executive, or no nomination at all may be made.


Nominations are open until the start of the meeting. Nominees will be contacted to accept or decline the nomination and a list of all nominees standing for a position will be electronically mailed to all members/posted in public view one week prior to the AGM.


Voting will proceed during the AGM by anonymous poll. Anyone who has served in or with the Regiment, Cadet Corps or Allied Regiment is eligible to vote as a member of the Association.


The positions for election are:

  • Vice President

  • Treasurer

  • Secretary

  • Membership

  • Social

  • Museum

  • Cadet Liaison

  • Community Liaison

  • Media
