Following the December Mandatory Training Day on 13 December 2025, soldiers gathered for the annual Soldiers’ Festive Appreciation Dinner—formerly the Men’s Christmas Dinner—an evening marked by strong camaraderie across all ranks. Senior Non-Commissioned Officers and Officers set the tables and served a festive holiday meal, joined by members of the Regimental Senate, reinforcing the close ties within the regimental family. Time-honoured traditions were upheld, including the youngest Private, Pte Puri, trading places with the Commanding Officer, and the A/RSM swapping seats with MCpl Otall, all amid a spirited and good-humoured atmosphere. The evening concluded with the presentation of honours and awards recognizing outstanding performance, leadership, and long service, making the dinner a fitting close to the training year and a celebration of the Regiment’s people and traditions.
