THE THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE
For the uninitiated, the National Three Peaks is a UK wide challenge that involves the scaling of the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales in twenty four hours: Ben Nevis (1343m), Scafell (977m) and Snowdon (1085m).

Col Conover receives his Bronze Star
The recent Change of Command Parade included the presentation of the Bronze Star to Col Conover by the Honourary Colonel, the Honourable John McDermid PC.
Change of Command Parade
On 20 June 2009 The Lorne Scots and invited guests, embraced a Wet Day in Milton with a Change of Command parade. LCol Tim Orange CD, Commanding Offices has after two years and eight months handed over the reins to LCol Andre Phelps CD.
Ex Khyber Thrust
Exercise Khyber Thrust saw a Company Group and Contingent Command Group of more than 200 soldiers deploy to Fort Irwin, California, for three weeks in March 2009. Led by the Lorne Scots.
